implement dot compartment
The dot compartment is very simple, but added to keep in line with general compartment framework. It describes signal associated with non-diffusing water.
The dot compartment returns S0.
The dot compartment is useful in postmortem imaging where it is typically associated with immobilised water due to fixation. Furthermore, some studies utilise the dot compartment to describe signal from very small cell bodies where the diffusivity at typical diffusion times is approximately negligible.
