  - talk about overall design

  - Make sure everyone is aware of the major refactoring
  - Roundup : who is working on what and who needs help
  - Two teams ? `Plotting` & `Convolution` ?
  - potentially change order in backlog to make sure high-priority is at top
  - make sure everyone knows the afternoon meeting is at 2 pm

  - who needs help? anyone looking for new tasks?
  - prune/reorder backlog to make priorities for the last day clear
  - everyone: add more detail to the backlog issues to that someone else can pick it up one day and work on it
  - which small issues be closed/solved so that they don't remain open tomorrow

### Friday 
* 10 am: discuss what still can be done in one day

  - Tensor plot: implemented. Just needs dealing with numerical issues at high b. Who wants to help?

  - 3D plot: JS option not flexible enough. Panel works (allows to embed Plotly figures) but seems to slow down all the slider interactivity (not just the 3D). Someone to help with this?

  - noise button ready for review


* 3 pm: concluding conversation
  - Quick additional features
    - run from the command line by just typing "dive" ?
    - overall appearance: font styles, colors, etc.?
  - how to continue from here 
    - use in grad programme for testing?
    - release to the wild for testing?
  - which features can be fixed over the coming days
