Currently, `share/fsl/sbin/createFSLWrapper` uses `python` in wrapper scripts for python applications. But GUI apps on macOS must be run with `pythonw`. So `createFSLWrapper` needs to be updated so that it checks the interpreter that is being used by the wrapped python script, and uses that interpreter, instead of always using `python`.
