dtifit --kurtdir updates eigenvalues, but not tensor components

When running dtifit with --kurtdir the eigenvalues get updated, but this is not reflected in the Dvec. So, when the Dvec is written out using the --tensor flag, this tensor will still have the eigenvalues obtained before the directional kurtosis was estimated.
