I've set up a new conda recipe for `fsl_mrs` here: https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/conda/fsl-mrs
In short, whenever you tag a new release on *this* repository, a conda package will be automatically built from the recipe repository, and deployed to our internal conda channel (the deployment job is to be manually invoked via the gitlab web UI).
This MR adds a few lines to the `.gitlab-ci.yml` file to integrate the common CI rules into your existing pipeline rules.William ClarkeWilliam Clarkehttps://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl_mrs/-/merge_requests/14Master2021-01-12T19:58:37+00:00William ClarkeMasterLarge collection of fixes and improvements. A new `fsl-ci-test` stage has been added, which is used to run [pyfeeds](https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/pyfeeds) unit tests, for those projects which have them.
The fsl_mrs repository already has its own unit testing infrastructure, so the new `fsl-ci-test` stage is not needed for fsl_mrs. But unfortunately the stage still has to be defined, otherwise gitlab will complain.
The `fsl-ci-test` stage can however be disabled, by setting a CI variable called `FSL_CI_SKIP_TEST=1`. I've taken the liberty of setting this variable on this repository.William ClarkeWilliam Clarkehttps://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl_mrs/-/merge_requests/16V1.1.0 NIfTI-MRS2021-02-18T19:17:05+00:00William ClarkeV1.1.0 NIfTI-MRSWill be V1.1.0.
