Add reflective geometry

Goal is to add a new boundary condition, where each time the spin leaves the bounding box it sees a flipped version of the geometry.

This could be implemented by optionally adding flips to the transformation from the actual spin position (in scanner coordinates) to the spin position within the coordinate system of the geometry.
