[documentation] What to think about when writing documentation for Open WIN tools

When writing documentation for the Open WIN tools, it may be useful to consider and explicitly document the following:

• Use cases and scenarios
• How to use the tool, with video and written tutorials
• How will we users first encounter the tool (for example will a radiographer recommend it)? Do we need to create materials to support the first encounter?
• What ongoing attention should a user give to their output once it has been shared? How can they reference it and encourage re-use?
• What incentives would be particularly valuable to users to encourage uptake of this tool?
