Redesign plotting interface

Current plotting figures are hard to fit into a single window/screen. Also, if one cares about plots at the moment, they need to scroll up and down between the parameters setting and the plots.

Here it is proposed to redesign the interface to allow the user to only look at one plot at a time, from a list of possible plots. Thus the different plots tabs don't get in the way.
