Add tests for zeppelin & stick

The zeppelin & stick compartment was not tested prior to merge. Tests required.

Test compartments run with example bvecs and bvals.
Test both compartments against known values (i.e. extremes).
Test zeppelin converges to a stick for radial_diffusivity=0, and a pancake for axial_diffusivity=0.
Test error is produced for invalid inputs.
