convolve with watson distribution

This is a sub-issue of #15 This function takes the followings as input:

• compartment (an instance of classes being inherited from base compartment class).
• acquisition (format needs to be decided)
• Watson ODF parameters (Dispersion index and main orientation) Outputs the signal.
