RF: createFSLWrapper

  • Internal updates to the update_fsl_package script - the fsl.installer.fslinstaller.generate_condarc function signature has changed
  • Simplify detection of the python interpreter in the createFSLWrapper script - instead of using $FSLDIR/bin/python[w], the interpreter specified in the hashbang is used.
