WIP: rel/2201.3

Paul McCarthy requested to merge rel/2201.3 into master

This merge request was triggered by a new tag being added to the fsl/fugue project.

Accepting this merge request will cause the conda recipe for fsl/fugue to be updated to version 2201.3.

If all goes well, a new conda package will built for fsl/fugue (2201.3), and will be uploaded to the FSL conda channel.

The following projects are dependent on fsl/fugue - it may be necessary to update the fsl/fugue version in the conda recipes for these projects:

  • fsl-bianca
  • fsl-feat5
  • fsl-flirt
  • fsl-gradunwarp
  • fsl-tbss
  • fsl-vbm
  • fsl-xtract

You can do this by manually updating each recipe, or by running the update-dependant-recipes CI job (part of the "deploy" stage) on one of the fsl/fugue conda recipe repository/ repositories:
