MNT: Make INC_CPROB refer to extras/cprob, rather than to extras/libcprob.

No projects refer to libcprob/, so this is a non-destructive change. This will allow us to incrementally replace references to INC_LIBPROB with references to INC_CPROB (and thus references to libprob/libprob.h with cprob/libprob.h)
