BF: minor bugs

Dealing with accumulated small bugs.

  • Handle single coil data in coil combine function
  • Allow phased peaks to be added to basis set.
  • Removed use of depreciated matplotlib function tostring_rgb.

Also added the negativevoigt model, which allows inverted peaks.
