RF: Save netmats as NIfTI2; a couple of bug fixes

  • Netmats are now saved in NIfTI2 format when being passed to randomise, to support numbers of edges/subjects greater than 32768.
  • Fixed some issues in the R-to-Z transformation used in nets.netmats.
  • Fixed an issue with nets.clean incorrectly handling multi-run data.
