Updated (& simplified) nidmfsl's dependencies
With @cmjmaumet, we've discovered we've over-specifed dependencies for nidmfsl. This PR removes the pinned dependencies and just provides a simplified pip dependency.
(nidmfsl is the tool for exporting FEAT results to the NIDM standard, facilitating upload to NeuroVault).
