Add zeppelin compartment

The zeppelin compartment describes that of an axially symmetric diffusion tensor. This has been implemented as per the example ball and/or stick compartment code.
The zeppelin has also been added to init.py

This resolves issue #21 (closed) "implement zeppelin compartment"
