Reshape plot grid from 3x3 to 4x2

This is easier to manage now that we can collapse individual rows.

There are now 4 rows:

1. showing b-value dependence
2. showing diffusion time dependence (collapsed)
3. showing FOD
4. showing parameter dependence (collapsed)
