Moving ball and ball2 compartment code to own files

Amy Howard requested to merge issue-33-move-ball-code into master

The ball and ball2 compartments (implemented as part of Michiels example code) have been moved out of base.py and into their own files ball.py and ball2.py.

This resolves issue #33 "Move ball and ball2 code"
