Trivial correction to documentation, fsl.sh -> fsl.csh

Totally trivial fix of copy-and-paste error: The documentation instructs users to reference the file fsl.csh as fsl.sh; one-character edit fixes this.

Also, the instructions are actually BASH-specific, and as these are instructions to csh users, might as well adapt the bash snippet.
