WIP: rel/2111.1

Paul McCarthy requested to merge rel/2111.1 into master

This merge request was triggered by a new tag being added to the fsl/fast4 project.

Accepting this merge request will cause the conda recipe for fsl/fast4 to be updated to version 2111.1.

If all goes well, a new conda package will built for fsl/fast4 (2111.1), and will be uploaded to the FSL conda channel.

The following projects are dependent on fsl/fast4 - it may be necessary to update the fsl/fast4 version in the conda recipes for these projects:

  • fsl-deface
  • fsl-feat5
  • fsl-first
  • fsl-flirt
  • fsl-possum
  • fsl-siena
  • fsl-vbm

You can do this by manually updating each recipe, or by running the update-dependant-recipes CI job (part of the "deploy" stage) on one of the fsl/fast4 conda recipe repository/ repositories:
