WIP: rel/2111.2

Paul McCarthy requested to merge rel/2111.2 into master

This merge request was triggered by a new tag being added to the fsl/flirt project.

Accepting this merge request will cause the conda recipe for fsl/flirt to be updated to version 2111.2.

If all goes well, a new conda package will built for fsl/flirt (2111.2), and will be uploaded to the FSL conda channel.

The following projects are dependent on fsl/flirt - it may be necessary to update the fsl/flirt version in the conda recipes for these projects:

  • fsl-deface
  • fsl-fdt
  • fsl-fdt-cuda
  • fsl-feat5
  • fsl-first
  • fsl-mist
  • fsl-possum
  • fsl-siena
  • fsl-tbss
  • fsl-vbm
  • fsl-xtract

You can do this by manually updating each recipe, or by running the update-dependant-recipes CI job (part of the "deploy" stage) on one of the fsl/flirt conda recipe repository/ repositories:
