WIP: rel/2111.2
This merge request was triggered by a new tag being added to
the fsl/newmesh project.
Accepting this merge request will cause the conda recipe for
fsl/newmesh to be updated to version 2111.2.
If all goes well, a new conda package will built for
fsl/newmesh (2111.2), and will be uploaded to
the FSL conda channel.
The following projects are dependent on fsl/newmesh - it
may be necessary to update the fsl/newmesh version in the
conda recipes for these projects:

fsl-discreteopt -
fsl-msm -
fsl-msmreglib -
fsl-ptx2 -
fsl-ptx2-cuda
You can do this by manually updating each recipe, or by running
the update-dependant-recipes CI job (part of the "deploy" stage)
on one of the fsl/newmesh conda recipe repository/
repositories:
