WIP: rel/2.7.4
This merge request was triggered by a new tag being added to
the fsl/fsl_sub project.
Accepting this merge request will cause the conda recipe for
fsl/fsl_sub to be updated to version 2.7.4.
If all goes well, a new conda package will built for
fsl/fsl_sub (2.7.4), and will be uploaded to
the FSL conda channel.
The following projects are dependent on fsl/fsl_sub - it
may be necessary to update the fsl/fsl_sub version in the
conda recipes for these projects:

fsl-base -
fsl_sub_plugin_sge -
fsl_sub_plugin_slurm
You can do this by manually updating each recipe, or by running
the update-dependant-recipes CI job (part of the "deploy" stage)
on one of the fsl/fsl_sub conda recipe repository/
