MNT: Work around gitlab<->conda<->LFS issues

Checkouts of repositories with LFS-stored files failed when invoked through conda build. I am not entirely sure of the cause, but think it has something to do with the token-based HTTPS authentication used when cloning the fsl/fsl_mrs repository.
