Produce MSR plots based on eddy residuals output

Michiel Cottaar requested to merge cnr_msr_plots into master

This PR adds the following plots to the QC pdf report:

  • SNR/CNR bar plots at the top of the page showing the SNR/CNR maps
  • mean square residuals across volumes separated per b-shell

Some already commented out code was also removed (in particular the code produced vols_no_outlier.txt)
