BF: fmri(thresh) is a discrete mode, fmri(brain_thresh) is the percentile threshold

Currently fmri(thresh) is being passed to melodic's --bgthreshold option. fmri(thresh) is a discrete mode variable and not the percentile threshold - which is fmri(brain_thresh)
