fnirt help incongruent
I received the following bug report from Chris Rorden. @jesper , @mwebster , or @flange , have any of you encountered this before?
Taylor
The documentation and command line help is not compatible with fnirt on MacOS with 6.0.7 (Roger gave up on Linux, so I think this is a cross platform issue).
Usage:
fnirt --ref=<some template> --in=<some image>
fnirt --ref=<some template> --in=<some image> --infwhm=8,4,2 --subsamp=4,2,1 --warpres=8,8,8
However, specifying three iterations as suggested fails:
fnirt --ref=$FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_${T1}_2mm --in=${T1}_biascorr --infwhm=8,4,2 --subsamp=4,2,1 --warpres=8,8,8
while adding in precisely four values succeeded
fnirt --ref=$FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_${T1}_2mm --in=${T1}_biascorr --infwhm=8,4,2,1 --subsamp=4,2,1,1 --warpres=8,8,8
