ENH: Add manual or mean initialisation to the dynamic fitting initilisation.

This enhancement add the option to initialise the individual fits within dynMRS.initilise independently (the previous case), with the mean spectrum fit, or a custom set of model parameters. Effectively allows use of the FitFSLModel x0 parameter.
