BF:Assorted fixes

William Clarke requested to merge wclarke/fsl_mrs:bf/assorted_bf into master
  • Fixed bugs in LCModel basis set handling.
  • Removed divide by zero warnings in quantification of voxels where fitting has failed.

Note that the basis set conjugation conventions need sorting in the long term. fsl_mrs_sim needs a conjugation to ease everything.
