BF: Mrsi segment normalisation & FWHM of inverted peaks

William Clarke requested to merge wclarke/fsl_mrs:bf/mrsi_segment_norm into master
  • svs_segment and mrsi_segment now normalise all voxel sums to 1.0
  • QC now correctly estimates FWHM of inverted peaks.
