Tweaks, bug fixes, and improvements to the dynamic + MRSI pipeline

  • mrsi-align now deals with higher dimensions properly
  • Fixed a bug in mrsi-align
  • Added more options to fsl_dynmrs for dealing with mrsi
  • Improved help text of fsl_dynmrs.
  • fsl_dynmrs is now dependant on the fsl_sub package when processing MRSI.
