RF: Update config

Paul McCarthy requested to merge mnt/cats into master

This MR contains updates to FMRIB categories, as well as a fairly major change:

data-fields from all categories (except for category 100) are now loaded and processed. Previously excluded categories are loaded and processed, but are excluded from sparsity/redundancy tests, so will all be present in the output file.
