funpack merge request

Refactoring to remove redundant calls to fileinfo.fileinfo, and to add in explicit support for handling columns with duplicate names, thus addressing #19 (closed).

Also auto-generating a HTML page from the funpack_demo notebook to serve as HTML documentation.

Unless the maintainer is being sloppy, this merge request will not be accepted unless the following criteria are met:

[ ] Unit tests pass [ ] Changelog updated [ ] Version number in funpack/__init__.py updated according to Semantic Versioning conventions
