MNT: Bump FSLeyes to latest

One important bugfix that needs to go in for FSL 6.0.5 (fsl/fsleyes/fsleyes#195 (closed))

Also add nilearn (see #5 (closed))

FSleyes should be up on conda-forge within the hour, so I will re-run the pipeline once it is up, before merging.
