write version number to logs

Hi,

I've used xtract for my analysis and in writing up methods I'm not quite sure how to specify versions - I think I can infer this from the time it was done on the cluster, but would it be helpful for XTRACT to write version number and maybe probtrackx2 version number used in the log files?

Thank you very much! Evan
