Fix spurious zeroes in off-resonance field outside non-repeating geometry

Two fixes:

  • the size of the off-resonance grid has been fixed to fill the complete bounding box
  • the magnetic susceptibility used to compute the off-resonance field outside of the bounding box now aligns with the main magnetic field
