Consistent units
This changes the units used throughout the simulator to match those mentioned in the tutorial, namely:
- times in ms
- positions in um
- off-resonance fields in kHz
- gradients in kHz/um (non-standard)
- phases and flip angles in degrees
- susceptibilities are still in ppm
