Evolve spin magnetisation during movement

Michiel Cottaar requested to merge interleave_relaxation_collision into main

This ensures collision-induced magnetisation transfer does not all happen simultaneously. It is a prerequisite for the implementation of more realistic magnetisation transfer and (perhaps) surface tension.
