What is the current behaviour?
There is no published administrators guide for the protocols db.
What is the expected/preferred behaviour?
Detail administrators actions and responsibilities.
To include:
-
Who can be made an administrator (inc. process) -
What to look for when reviewing open access requests -
How to contact and communicate accept/deny request. Remembering that the researcher can't edit the entry while it is under review -
Any other administrator things (e.g. superuser list?)
What is the motivation / use case for changing the behaviour?
- Sustainability of platform usage
- Will also be useful for the publication supporting the release of the protocols db.
