Xax/yax are passed to all GLObject constructors, so SliceCanvas does not
need to call setAxes after GLObject creation (as this can cause issues due to asynchronous ImageTexture initialisation). Also, related bugfix to GLLabel - ready() checks to make sure that shader object has been created
