Removed streamlit and inflect

Michiel Cottaar requested to merge remove-streamlit into master

We are using bokeh instead of streamlit, so this gets rid of any dependence on streamlit as discussed in #31

I also took the chance to get rid of inflect, which we are not currently using (it was used in the streamlit example).
