Convolve with Watson distribution

Hossein Rafipoor requested to merge convolve_watson_#61 into master

It seems to work fine possible improvements for later: Currently, it samples uniformly from the unit sphere and weights the signal based on Watson ODF. A more optimized approach could be directly sampling from a Watson distribution.
