PropertyValue cast functions are now passed the context (typically the HasProperties instance). This was so PropertyBase.cast methods may look up instance constraints to do their thing. Oh and, related, I added a 'clamped' option to Number properties (i.e. 'clamping' a value to its min/max bounds).
