1. ViewPanel location cursor colour is configurable.

2. Profiles now support MouseEnter/MouseLeave events.

3. OrthoEditProfile reworked:
  -  Select mode no longer uses grid annotation, just a rectangle
  instead. These are 'held' on the annotations queue for each canvas.

  - If the view panel is running in low performance mode, only the
    source canvas is refreshed - this makes edit mode usable when
    running with a software GL renderer.
