function from transform module, as it is dodgy, and was not being used
anywhere. I think I wrote it before writing the axisBounds function.

Removed ability to pass buttons to build.py. fsl.py now creates the main interface (i.e. buttons). In the process of forming a specificiation of sorts between fsl.py and the tool modules.
