Only one works

This prevents the Ipopt optimiser to quit with: Feasible_Point_Found (see https://coin-or.github.io/Ipopt/OUTPUT.html)

This has been implemented using a new add_cost_function! function

This makes the IPOPT optimiser more robust

Also, add nattempts as a keyword argument
