docs: fix two bugs in "Customization" (custom favicon, new annotation) (#1090)

Fix two bugs in customization docs

- custom favicon docs were not wrapped in `{% raw %}` tags
- the "new" annotation for color schemes had an extra whitespace, and so the CSS class was not applied
