Hi Cass, The paragraph in the middle is outdated but everything else is okay. I have created a lot of online guidance but they are on the intranet and behind the SSO wall. You are welcome to link to any of those if you are okay with linking to the intranet.
I would recommend replacing: “A new Plan S Journal Checker Tool is being planned in time for January 2021, to easily identify journals or platforms that enable compliance. This tool is not yet available but will be later this year. Some journals, such as Science, Elsevier, and Cell Press, are intending to become compliant but are not yet committed. If you wish to publish under the current Wellcome Trust Open Access Policy, you must submit your publication by 31 December 2020.”
With A new Plan S Journal Checker Tool is available to use to check the compliance of a journal for a publication funded by the Wellcome Trust. Please use the corresponding author’s university when checking a journal’s compliance.
Also add: All original research articles that are funded by the Wellcome, either partially or wholly, must include the rights retentions text below.
'This research was funded in whole, or in part, by the Wellcome Trust [Grant number xxxxx]. For the purpose of open access, the author has applied a CC BY public copyright licence to any Author Accepted Manuscript version arising from this submission.'
This text must always be included in the cover letter (or an equivalent section during the submission process) and the acknowledgements section WHEN you submit your paper. This cannot be added after you have already submitted.
Also, there is a small typo - replace ‘dicuss’ with ‘discuss’ in the last sentence.

@yqzheng1 this might be a bit more work, but it would be great if you could make a start on this:
- edit the Open access publishing page on gitlab
- add the info provided by Cass / Kaitlin above (this is already 2 years old, so might already be outdated as well)
- check existing info about open access publishing on WIN intranet FAQs and link or copy relevant sections
- the link to the Bodleian's "advice sheet" is broken ... can we find out a replacement url?
- check with Kaitlin (and/or Stuart) if there are any further updates in terms of WIN guidance/policy
