What is the current behaviour?
The roadmap is out of date and should probably reflect more about the open data portal or what we're working on more broadly.
What is the expected/preferred behaviour?
Update the roadmap to reflect the project more broadly. Perhaps separate roadmaps for 'community' and 'resources'?
